At ShapeIn, we want you to love what you order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

Contact us at info@shapein.shop with your order number to start a return. We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
